Kind of embarrassed to post these pictures because I'm not at where I want to be just yet.
In January 2010 I had blood work done and with my results my doctor said I could have diabetes. He weighed me and I was 224lbs and 6'0. I was instructed to lose weight and get down to 186lbs.
